To enter for the Team of 3 Event, one of the players should complete and submit this online form.

This will send an email with your entry details directly to the Competition Secretary and to the Treasurer.

You will need to make payment by BACS transfer. Our bank details are:

When paying, please use the reference, Tof3 with player 1's surname and initial.

The cost for the team is £ 30.

You won't be entered into the draw until payment has been received.
No payments will be accepted after the 'latest entry' date.
No refund will be made after the draw has taken place.
